Successful conciliation procedure between company management and works council

The Horst Brandstätter Group has taken a major step forward in the planned reorganisation of the PLAYMOBIL business unit.

Following intensive negotiations within the framework of a conciliation committee, the company has reached an amicable agreement with the works council on the reconciliation of interests and social plan for the restructuring measures announced in October 2023.
